Special Session Threatens to Add Full Term Abortion into our State Constitution

Governor Walz is once again preparing to call a special session at the Capitol. According to Minnesota Right to Life, at the top of the list is the Abortion Amendment -- unlimited abortion through all nine months, no parental rights, no protections for the unborn, no health safeguards at all -- codified into state code.


In 2023-2024, Minnesota pushed full term abortion through our state. We have one of the most egregious stands on abortion in the country. Under the Walz administration, all the restrictions regarding abortion law were removed, making such a law irrelevant.
