When you've entered your address above, under your polling place, you will see a section titled; What's on My Ballot. Right under that heading is a link "View Sample Ballot." Click on the View Sample Ballot and it will bring you to a page that will look like your actual ballot.

These are the folks running for offices. These are the people that will determine the future of our state. These are the offices which are up for re-election.

In Minnesota, you will see that every constitutional office is up for re-election. THIS is why this mid-term election is so very important! You don't have to look far in our state to see the areas that need change. And your vote counts!!!

Where Can I Learn About the Candidates?

You can do an internet search on any of the candidates and learn about each one. Most will have a page dedicated to the issues that are important to them.

They may have social media sites that you can access and see what others are commenting.

Many have opportunities within the communities so that they can share their ideas and have meaningful conversations with their constituents.

What NOT to do . . .

Don't believe everything you hear. Even from the media. Each one has its own agenda.

When you hear something negative, search for the truth. Reputations are ruined because lies are spread. And we are living in times of deception.

Truth and righteousness are valuable assets that are needed to save this country. And people, like you and me, to do the work and become informed.

This means we need to keep our eyes on Jesus. Trust in God when it appears things aren't going in the way that we want. And keep hope alive.

Hope will keep us showing up to do our part.
